Design Process

1. Get started

Fill out the “Get Started” form here.

Tell us about your practice, choose a design from the options here, and schedule a time for us to call you to discuss your new website. Time required: 15 minutes.

Initial phone call

We’ll give you a call to review your information and cover any questions you may have.

Sign Contract

We will send you an email with a link to a contract you can sign online.

First payment of $2,000.

Your first payment and a signed contract are required before the design process begins.

Research + Design

2. Research + Design


We will research your practice to reduce the time required from you during the second phone call. 

Second Phone Call

Our project manager, Frank, will call you to get answers to remaining questions. 


Our designer, Casey, and copywriter, Nikki, work on the design customization and copy.


3. Launch your new website

Preview your website

We’ll send you a private link to your new site. You’ll be able to request modifications before launch.

Second payment of $1,999.

This is the last step before launch.


After the second payment is made, we will launch your new site.
